Dear Customer, please note that all orders are processed after 100% payment.

Please send email with information about payment. This is simplify and speed up our job. We have a lot of correspondence. Sometimes it is difficult to find who made payment and for what. If the correspondence was from one email address and payment from another (or this is partly order), be sure to send a letter about what was ordered and who ordered.

If you need invoice for accounting please inform data for invoice.

PayPal Transfer.

It's my private account. Don't make any remarks. If you need to make any remark, you can put "family/friends" or "private transfer" or "gift".

If you need an invoice, please inform me of the data for the invoice (company name, country etc.) We will send our standard invoice to you.

Bank Transfer.

You can pay in USD or EURO only. Please inform us in case you want to use bank transfer. We will send invoice to you with our bank accounts.
Please point your attention to remark regarding purpose of payment. It's important. You must indicate Invoice No., date of invoice, and for Manuals.

Bank transfer usually takes 1 (sometimes 2) working days. After money sent it is recommended to send us e-mail with copies of payment documents. This will help us to identify your payment and process your order immediately. We won't wait your money in Bank.
You have to pay bank transfer fee (~ US $15-50).

It is a fast and convenient way. You can pay in local currency. Western Union converts (recalculates) in USD automatically. We will be able to receive cash in the agent location.

Shipping.

Download (FTP / HTTP). The vast majority of our customers prefer this fastest, free and most convenient way. We upload your order on our server and send link(s) to you for downloading. Please read also FAQ (frequently asked questions) 1. Downloading.

Express courier delivery (DHL, UPS, EMS + US $80-140, 5-7 days). Sometimes (very rear) customer asks us to send CD or DVD. This is relevant for countries where for accounting reporting the product must cross the border physically (passed customs formalities). If you need this way please inform us. We will calculate the actual cost and inform you.

Hard copy. We have never send hard copy. It's expansive for customer. It's much cheaper to print in your city.
